Guided by the provisions of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, the University offers dedicated facilities, services, and programmes to ensure equal access, participation, and opportunities for all learners. Counseling Cell The University has a dedicated Counseling Cell to address the academic, personal, and social needs of students with disabilities. Our trained counselors provide one-on-one sessions, group counseling, and psychological support to help students manage stress, adapt to the university environment, and achieve academic success.

Career Placement Support

We provide tailored career guidance and placement assistance for students with special needs. The Career & Placement Cell collaborates with industry partners, government agencies, and NGOs to identify inclusive employment opportunities. Personalized career mentoring, resume-building workshops, and interview preparation are offered to ensure a smooth transition from campus to career.

E-Skills

NIILM University has an AI-Enabled campus, so our E-Skills initiatives focus on enhancing the digital literacy and employability of students with disabilities. Through specialized training in assistive technologies, screen readers, speech-to-text tools, and accessible software platforms, students gain the skills needed for academic excellence and professional success in the digital era.

3. Identify and partner with agencies that provide financial benefits to physically challenged students to create dedicated scholarships and endowments.
4. Expand computer-aided reading facilities for blind students in the Central Library.
5. Equip a special wing of the hostel with facilities such as a specialized gymnasium, recreational equipment, and accessible toilets.
6. Construct special toilets in existing buildings and the library to enhance accessibility.
