To avail information under the Act, 2011 (No. 32 of 2006), applicants are required to adhere to the following procedure:

1. Written Request: The individual seeking information must submit a written request, specifying the details of the information sought, along with their accurate contact address.

2. Application Fee: A nominal application fee of ten rupees (₹10) is mandatory and can be remitted in cash against a proper receipt or through demand draft/banker’s cheque/Indian Postal Order. The payment should be made payable to NIILM University, Kaithal.

3. Fee for Information: The fee for information provision shall be as per the prescribed norms.
