The famous proverb “Knowledge is Power” which means Knowledge has the ability to conquer the world. Knowledge gives the name, fame, strength, power, money, position, all those things which we would like to possess, but only Knowledge can’t give wisdom & prosperity, application of knowledge is equally important. Holy Bhagwat Gita put profound emphasis on Karmayogi and Gyanyogi. Gyanyogi, the one with right knowledge, and Karmayogi, the one who does righteous deeds, means application of knowledge. A person must develop as Karmayogi & Gyanyogi, means Knowledge and Action must be interwoven. NEP 2020 recommends outcome-based education, outcomes of education must reflect in the knowledge, skills and behavior of the individual.

Learn, Unlearn and Relearn cycle of gaining and applying knowledge, discarding out of date information and gaining new information. NIILM University CPD develops various programs to train the students, and faculty on 21st century skills. Centre for Professional Development is developing various programs in education, academics, courses, career guidance, counseling, research, publications, and conduction of trainings, workshops, seminars, conferences, exposure visits, and internships.
