I am Monika, currently working as an Assistant Professor and pursuing a PhD in Commerce, with a specialization in Banking. I am deeply committed to teaching, research, and academic development, and I strive to create a meaningful learning experience for students by integrating theoretical concepts with practical insights from the banking and financial sector.

My academic and research interests include banking systems, financial services, digital banking, risk management, and contemporary practices in the banking industry. I am particularly interested in emerging areas such as FinTech, digital payments, customer relationship management in banks, and financial inclusion. Through my doctoral research, I aim to explore innovative banking and financial strategies that enhance organizational performance and customer satisfaction in a rapidly evolving financial environment.
