About

Dr Sandeep Kumar holds D.Litt., Ph.D. in Chemistry, and doctorate in clinical psychology. Dr Kumar has over two decades of professional experience in education, counseling, clinical practices, and leadership. As a mental health professional, he has worked and is still working with parents, students & teachers of different institutions, and till Dec 2024, conducted more than 300 workshops. He is constantly working on research and training educators. His professional expertise is in psycho-educational training modules, mental health & psychological strengthening. His academic interest lies in teacher development, educational research, and developing quality education scenarios in school & higher education. During his doctoral program, he has written & presented research articles on chemical education, pedagogical approaches in chemistry, mental health, and psychological disorders. He has written and presented more than 100 research papers on teaching methodologies, assessment, mental health, and psychological disorders at various national and international platforms. He has been invited as a guest speaker/invited speaker/chair at various national/international conferences. He has worked as a resource person in various national and international programs. He has been felicitated with various prestigious awards at the international level.

1. Delivered Keynote Address on "The Antidote to Disinformation: Cognitive Resilience for the Global Citizen" as Guest of Honor at Tantia University Sri Ganganagar Rajasthan India at the Two Day International Multidisciplinary Conference on “Global Shifts in Knowledge, Policy, and Practice: Multidisciplinary Approaches to Education, Innovation, and Sustainable Futures”, will be hosted by the Department of Education, Tantia University, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India, in collaboration with the International Council for Education Research and Training (ICERT), Pennsylvania, USA & India, on December 06–07, 2025.
2. Conducted a capacity building program on “Promoting Mental Health and Wellness among Students” for CBSE Schools teachers at S.D. Public School Narwana on Dec 01, 2025, hosted by CBSE CoE Panchkula.
3. Conducted Two Day capacity building program on “Chemistry” for CBSE Schools teachers at M.M. International School Ambala on Nov 28-29, 2025, hosted by CBSE CoE Panchkula.
