About

I am serving as an Assistant Professor with academic responsibilities in Operation Theatre Technology, Anaesthesia, and Hospital Management. My teaching approach is aligned with competency-based education and focuses on integrating clinical knowledge, patient safety principles, and quality assurance practices as prescribed by national accreditation and regulatory bodies.

My core teaching areas include operation theatre protocols, anaesthesia pharmacology, infection prevention and control, basic life support, emergency preparedness, and hospital systems management. I emphasize adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation practices, risk management, and ethical clinical conduct in accordance with NABH standards and NMC guidelines. Teaching–learning methodologies adopted by me include outcome-based education, case-based discussions, demonstrations, and skill-oriented training to enhance student competency and employability.

I maintain a strong academic interest in healthcare quality, accreditation systems, and continuous quality improvement. I actively engage with concepts related to NABH standards, internal quality assurance mechanisms, patient safety indicators, and audit-based improvement processes, contributing to a culture of quality and compliance within the institution.
