Dr. Rekha Gupta has over 25 years of professional experience in higher education. During this tenure she has gained an extensive experience in teaching, administration and Research. Her Core Area is Finance. Her academic interest lies in language development, linguistic research, pedagogical researches, and developing quality education in higher education. She has completed her Doctorate in Commerce, M.Phil. in Commerce, Masters in Commerce, Masters in Management, and Masters in Computer Science. She has qualified UGC NET in Commerce and UGC NET in Management. She has also qualified H.TET in Commerce. She Topped in B.Ed. She has delivered many extension lectures in different colleges. Being a keen learning attitude, she has written and presented many research papers in more than 35 National and International Conferences and Seminars. She has organized UGC Sponsored national Conference. She has written 6 books in Finance. As an innovator, she is still doing research on various aspects of higher education.
