I am Dr. Pankaj Kumar, currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agriculture at NIILM University, Kaithal, Haryana. I hold a Ph.D. in Seed Science and Technology and have eight years of experience in teaching, research, and field-based agricultural work. My academic and research interests focus on seed quality enhancement, crop yield improvement, and the use of growth regulators. I am actively involved in teaching, research publications, and academic activities aimed at promoting sustainable and scientific agricultural practices.
