Dr. Shweta Sandhu is an accomplished Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce and Management, bringing a dynamic blend of academic, professional, and creative expertise. With a Ph.D. from Chitkara University, her research focuses on digital platforms in recruitment and employability. She has published in Scopus-indexed journals, presented papers at International seminars, and actively participated in FDPs and workshops. Currently working as an Assistant Professor at NIILM University. She is a TESOL-certified educator from Greystone College, Canada, and a trained IELTS Trainer from the British Council, with a strong foundation in English language instruction and communication skills.
A published author with her writings available on Amazon and Notion Press, she is also a certified Image Coach, dedicated to personal development and professional grooming. Her research focuses on digital innovation and Gen Z behavior in management and HR.
