Entry Requirement for MBA
MBA eligibility requirements differ for every MBA college in India and are also dependent on the type of MBA program anyone wants to pursue. Meanwhile, the following are some of the general eligibility criteria for all types of MBA programs:
Candidates need to have a bachelor's degree from any stream with a minimum of three years length of the course. B.Tech, B.Sc, BA, BBA, and B.Com are some of the most common bachelor's degree programs.
To pursue this course, students must have a minimum of 50% in their undergraduate degree from any field.
For top institutes like IIMs and IITs students need to achieve 60% in their graduation.
Candidates must pass the entrance exam and meet the cutoff requirements set by the MBA colleges. Some of the most famous MBA entrance examinations are the CAT, GMAT, and XAT among others.
Candidates must have received a minimum of 60% in their class 12 final exams from an Indian-recognized institution.
