Ms. Mona is an academic and researcher in the field of  Accounting, Finance, and Management, with a keen interest in emerging developments in digital accounting technologies. She is currently working as an assistant professor in the School of Commerce and Management, NIILM university, Kaithal. Her academic pursuits reflect a strong commitment to research, continuous learning, and the application of contemporary knowledge to the evolving business environment.

She has submitted her Ph.D. in the specialization Accounting and Finance from Panjab University Chandigarh, with her doctoral research focusing on the “Adoption of Cloud-Based Accounting among North Indian SMEs.” . She holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com.) and has qualified UGC-NET-JRF in commerce, reflecting her strong academic and research orientation in the field of Commerce and Management. 

She has actively contributed to the academic and research community through research publications and participation in various national and international conferences. Her scholarly work includes research papers published in reputed journals, including ABDC-listed journals. She has also presented research papers at several National and International Conferences, providing opportunities for academic interaction and knowledge exchange with researchers and academicians. Her conference participation includes IIM Bodh Gaya, along with other reputed academic and research forums.
