I am Monika Rohilla, currently working as an Assistant Professor with over 10 years of teaching experience in the field of Commerce and Management. My academic expertise lies in Finance and Human Resource Management (HRM), and I am committed to delivering quality education, fostering academic excellence, and contributing to research and institutional development.
