Dr. Nitika Chaudhary is an Assistant Professor in the School of Commerce & Management at NIILM University, Kaithal, with 5 years of teaching experience in the field of Commerce and Management. She is committed to excellence in teaching, research, student mentoring, and academic development.
She holds a Ph.D. in Behavioral Finance from Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, Jind, along with an MBA, M.Com., and UGC-NET in Commerce and Management. Her academic qualifications reflect a strong foundation in Commerce, Management, Finance, and behavioural aspects of financial decision-making.
Her key areas of academic and research interest include Behavioral Finance, Investment Behaviour, Financial Decision-Making, Financial Literacy, Investor Psychology, and Management. Her doctoral research reflects her interest in understanding the influence of behavioral factors and biases on investment decisions.
