About

I am an Associate Professor of Law at NIILM University, Kaithal, with extensive experience in legal education, research, and academic governance. I holds a Ph.D. in Law (2022) from NIILM University and is UGC NET qualified.  completed my LL.M. and B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Kurukshetra University.

I served NIILM University, Kaithal in multiple leadership capacities, including Registrar, Assistant Registrar, Head of the Department, and Dean of the Faculty of Law. MY role involves overseeing academic administration, regulatory compliance, court matters, RTI responses, and statutory approvals with bodies such as the Bar Council of India, UGC, and the Department of Higher Education, Haryana. I also have long-standing member of the Academic Council and Governing Body of the University.

Alongside academics, i have substantial experience as an Advocate before the District Courts, Kaithal, handling matters related to civil, criminal, and service law. i have made significant contributions to legal scholarship, having published over twenty research papers in UGC-approved journals and authored two books.i also serves on the editorial board of an international research foundation.

my  professional interests include criminal law, legal research, academic leadership, and higher education policy.
