A seasoned Master Trainer, academic leader and industry expert with over 35 years of professional experience in the Beauty, Wellness and Skill Development sector.

Serving as Promoter of Shalini Hair & Makeup Academy and Yours Herbal Beauty Parlour & Training Centre, and associated with PMKVY, RPL and PM Vishwakarma initiatives,

she has contributed extensively as a Resource Person, Keynote Speaker and Trainer under B&WSSC, MESC and MEPSC frameworks.

Her expertise includes Training of Trainers (Domain, Platform and Employability Skills), curriculum development, competency-based training and large-scale capacity building,

having trained over 6,500 trainees and 1,000+ trainers pan-India.

She has conducted 150+ educational seminars and workshops across universities, ITIs, defence institutions and professional platforms, and has represented India at prestigious

international competitions including OMC Hair World Cups and Asia Cups, earning multiple national and global awards.

Her professional practice spans advanced bridal, fashion, airbrush, prosthetic and fantasy makeup and hair, along with active roles as jury member, assessor and mentor,

contributing to industry–academia integration, employability enhancement and quality improvement in beauty and wellness education.

• Served as Resource Person & Master Trainer (Domain & Platform) for PMKVY, RPL, PM Vishwakarma and various Sector Skill Councils including B&WSSC, MESC, and MEPSC.

• Conducted 150+ Educational Seminars, Keynote Sessions, and Skill-based Workshops on Bridal Makeup, Airbrush Makeup, Fashion Hairstyles, Prosthetic & Fantasy Makeup across India.

• Acted as Keynote Speaker on topics related to Beauty & Wellness Skill Ecosystem, Employability Skills, Entrepreneurship, and Industry Readiness.
