I am Dr. Manav Kaushik, a faculty member in the Department of Chemistry, dedicated to academic excellence and transformative learning. My teaching philosophy is rooted in conceptual clarity, practical application, and nurturing scientific curiosity. I strive to create an intellectually stimulating environment where students develop analytical thinking, research orientation, and professional discipline.
I strongly believe that quality education goes beyond textbooks, and therefore I continuously integrate real-world relevance, laboratory precision, and outcome-based learning into my teaching. Along with teaching responsibilities, I actively contribute to academic planning, student mentoring, and the overall growth of the department and institution. I am actively engaged in research on nanoparticles, exploring their unique physicochemical properties and potential applications in catalysis, medicine, energy, and environmental remediation.
