NIILM University, Kaithal, celebrated World Pharmacist Day 2026 with a vibrant blend of knowledge, creativity, awareness, and student participation. Organised by the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences on 25 September 2026, the celebration centred around the theme “Pharmacists: Meeting Global Health Needs Together,” highlighting the significant role of pharmacists in advancing healthcare and building healthier communities.
The celebration also featured Prof. (Dr.) Harish Dureja, Dean, Department of Pharmacy, MDU Rohtak, as the Resource Person and Eminent Speaker, who shared valuable insights with the students.
The celebration brought the spirit of pharmacy to life through a series of engaging activities, including Poster Presentation, Rangoli Competition, Nukkad Natak, and Quiz Competition. These activities gave students a platform to showcase their creativity, strengthen their knowledge, work collaboratively, and spread awareness about the role of pharmacy in society. With enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members, the celebration became a meaningful reflection of the pharmacy profession and its contribution to global healthcare. The event concluded with an inspiring message of care, learning, collaboration, and service, reinforcing the vision of working together towards a healthier tomorrow.
