A Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Food Technology is a comprehensive program that focuses on the science and technology behind the production, processing, preservation, and distribution of food products. Combining elements of biology, chemistry, engineering, and nutrition, this field addresses the challenges of meeting the world's growing demand for safe, nutritious, and sustainable food.
