A Master of Arts (M.A.) in Health and Sports Physical Education is an advanced academic program that integrates principles from both health education and physical education to address the holistic well-being of individuals through physical activity. This interdisciplinary degree combines coursework in areas such as exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports psychology, nutrition, health promotion, and curriculum development.
