What should I do if checkout changes my selected option unexpectedly?
Pause before confirming the purchase when the selection appears different. Check the final summary again after a page refresh.
How can I request another review of an unresolved support issue?
Ask for clarification about the reason behind the current decision. Check whether the previous response requested an action you have not completed.
What should I expect when contacting support outside its published hours?
Do not invent urgency to bypass the seller's normal process. Plan around the support availability the seller has actually stated.
